Shipping costs you nothing. We cover the cost to get it to you. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Free Returns
We want you to look amazing when wearing your Vustra products. If for some reason, you are not completely happy, we will gladly accept unworn items, for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted in just 2 steps:
1. Email
Send us an email us at orders@shopvustra.com We will email you prepaid postage for your return.
2. Packing & Shipping
Place the return item in the box we sent you. Attach/paste received return label from us and drop off to nearest USPS or UPS location.
Refund
Once your return item is received to our warehouse, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued.
Vustra Holiday Return Policy
At Vustra, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we’re extending our return policy for the holiday season.
- Extended Return Window: Orders placed between November 15, 2024, and December 31, 2024, are eligible for returns or exchanges until January 15, 2025.
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@shopvustra.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you received the item as a gift, you may request a store credit instead.
